Hi I opened my account with you and when I downloaded some chart set ups they did not work on my account. I believe it may be because I opened an account with you about a year ago with a different email address: ** and I never got round to using that account properly and I forgot all the details. I opened a new account under **. a different email. My new account is not connecting or taking in the chart set ups from my group. I later read somewhere on your help pages that if I do that than the programme files do not load properly on my computer as 2 accounts have been created with two different emails for the same computer. At this moment I want to use seira charts and I am not trying to get the free period twice , I don't mind paying but not sure what to do. Even my colleague spent a long time trying to sort it out and the chart files he sent me would not open anything, whereas those same chart files work perfectly fine on the rest of our group.
