I can only see 1 level of depth in a chart that's inside one of my instances. It is curious that I can see full depth of one product in this instance, but only 1 level of depth in another product of this same instance. I have reduced the Market Depth days loaded to 2 using this: In Chart >> Chart Settings>> Main Settings labeled "Market Depth" in case it was an out of memory condition.
