When I was with Metastock I seemed to get the ICE US Dollar Index without paying the ICE exchange fee but then they did charge a very considerable amount a month for a european package subscription and they could've always calculated the weighted USDX formula separately using a basket of currencies - somehow I doubt as I'm sure I had access to other ICE instruments but without the fee. Eventually they provided all worldwide exchanges with delayed data to those that updated to Metastock 12 (their partner was Reuters afterall) but I'm not sure if this was an introductory period - they did like their trials for users. When I signed up to FTSE exchanges (for realtime data) I had to sign a declaration that I was a financial non-professional. Exchange fees do seem to fluctuate depending on which data provider you go too but if you got the CME feed with Globex and E-Minis for that $35 price then that is a very good deal as it's even cheaper than what a lot of brokers charge, just for E-Minis. The pricing of $85 for ICE is unfortunately about right as that cost is also listed on Metastock (Esignal $90) and there seem to be price differences between the brokers/data providers for other exchanges.
