This may be true with ICE, but we heard from the EUREX that exchange fees are apparently required even for the brokers to pass on to the customers. The interesting thing is, when you look at this page from Interactive brokers, they list an $85 a month exchange fee for ICE for market data: https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=marketData&p=mdata And they are broker. For the record, in regards to EUREX, we have not heard from anyone about EUREX exchange fees from brokers yet, but if we remember correctly, even though there may be officially be exchange fees that brokers are supposed to charge, if we remember correctly, we are told that the EUREX does not enforce this.
