Thank you for the consideration. It's all good though. I understand how busy you folks must be considering how much work you have put into your trading platform; there could be 1000+ different user options and configurations. I click on force login each time on startup due to the initial experience I had with your platform 1 year ago. What I learned was that the connection to your server dropped several times during the trading day, and the solution was to ensure force login was checked so that I only incurred a slight delay in the data feed until it was restored. The thing is, I'm using a different data feed now so I cannot accurately compare my initial experience with my current usage. Once I have tested the new data feed on my desktop machine for 1 week without clicking on force login I will have a better comparison to follow up with you. Also, I am certain many changes have been made on your end over the last year to continually improve your product. Thank you for creating a very deep trading platform. I truly appreciate all your hard work. Todd |
