Okay we can do that, but this is very very puzzling. Not sure what type of scale changes you want and why the defaults would be a problem and what exactly you are trying to do. First time we have ever seen a support request like this. If you are open to it, we can do a remote assistance session and you can show us what you want to do and what the issue is and we can help. Certainly charts are always going to be in alignment with exchange data. That is definitive. There is nothing special you need to do. Unless there is a problem with missing Symbol Settings.
