because sierra chart will not allow scale changes once set, I ask for a refund of my 3 month payment made yesterday. yes, i understand there will not be a full refund! after entering the scale numbers sierra chart immediately made its own settings and rounded my scale settings up. this results in charts not being in alignment with exchange data. worked 4 hours on the platform trying to make the settings stable. i am done with this software package. |
