Support, I have read through several threads to setup sending alerts to a twitter account. I have successfully done this by adding a twitter account to my profile under the twitter control panel and enabling the correct settings in the general settings for alerts. I would like to confirm a few conclusions followed up with a couple questions. Are these conclusions correct?: 1) The alert is sent to the twitter profile as a direct message, not a tweet to the public? 2) You cannot send the alert as a public tweet? 3) You cannot modify the alert message with customized text or chart data; the text of the message cannot be modified? If these conclusions are true, then how do I accomplish the following: (Do I need to code a study in ASCIL or is there another way?): A) Send Alert as a public tweet? B) Customize the alert message?
