have you ever heard about this issue? I had a customer call me and say that when he was copying a chart to another chartbook the software freezes and the only way to get anything to work was to shut down the program and start over. Has rebooted the machine and downloaded the most recent version and the same issue occurs, it just started happening recently and as long as he does not try to do this everything seems to be working fine. Any ideas?
