My SC is receiving live data from InfinityAT (TransAct) but when I click the InfinityAT DOM, the order doesn't show up on the chart. If I place the order from SC, I receive this message: "You are not connected to a supported Trading service. The requested trade action was not performed. Try reconnecting by selecting File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed." I tried that and it didn't help. As I said, I am receiving data however. Connection Type is "Live" under Data/Trade Service Settings. Trade Simulation Mode On is unchecked. Chart Trade Mode On is checked. Show Filled Orders is checked. Show Orders And Position is checked.
