That does not make sense. You will receive updates on 500 symbols but over that those particular symbols will not update in real time. So the existing 500 symbols within the limit will still update. First thing we want you to do is to reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers If you need more symbols we will ask Barchart about a higher symbol limit.
