Okay actually that is interesting. We will add it to the main list of studies. But most likely we will just rewrite it from scratch. We were going to follow-up later today and this is the information from one of our programmers: That was not so obvious at first because there are two errors in the PDF that the user sent us. I tracked down Connie Brown's Master's Degree thesis, which does not contain these errors. That document has made it clear how to implement this indicator.
