Hi Support,

I am currently trying to help one of our trader set up Sierra Chart within our corporate environment.
However when I login, it returns an error prompt:
"HTTP Error: HTTP request #9 returned the following error: Windows error code 12029: A connection with the server could not be established"

I have set up the proxy address within the login box but I'll like to check if we need to open other ports within our firewall to resolve the above error.
Please advise.
