My SC account with SC Data - All Services does not appear to be able to connect with my broker. I see no balance info from my broker, and if I turn off Trade Simulation mode, my DOM goes yellow to indicate I'm trading live, but when I place the trade, it fills on the SIM account. I wonder if I entered my broker account info wrongly when signing up for platform / data with Sierra (acct name: *****). When I sign into AMP Futures' control panel, it is ******, but sometimes they put "AC" in front of it: AC****** Here is the message log from startup, and below that is the trade service log from when I attempted to make a live trade. Please note, the trade log looks the same as a question I just posted to the support board under my AMP Futures/SC account (that is my second account with SC, and I have no problem trading live on that account).
