1. You are using the wrong symbol. You need to use XBTUSD-BMEX. Refer to: File Menu: Getting Symbols 2. Sierra Chart supports TD Ameritrade. Refer to the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/AmeriTrade.php 3. Sierra Chart cannot work with Excel files. It can work with text/CSV data though. Refer to: Text/CSV Data Format Sierra Chart definitely does not support Dynamic Data Exchange. That is so totally out of date and substandard. Beyond belief it is even still being used.
