It's working for me now, not sure if they rolled back or if you all were able to make the change? I do agree with you all, Rithmic looks like they make it a pain in the arse for you guys. This in turn hurts those of us that use the Rithmic feed to power our charts. Perhaps you all can convince them to make it easier? One would hope they would help out.
