Rithmic is requesting their own Rithmic log file. It is in the Rim subfolder in the Sierra Chart installation folder and has the name Rithmic.log.000. We do not have this. Only you do. Also any suggestion that this is some kind of Sierra Chart issue and we have not programmed a backup, is ridiculous. We are using the connection information that has been provided by Rithmic.
