Hi, I am starting the Sierra Chart free trial and have created a chart type. When I duplicate it, I can load an NQ Futures chart and an ES Futures chart no problem. When I try to load WTI Crude Oil however, I get a problem which states: "Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Real-time data for instrument F.US.ET (corresponding to ID = 3) are not allowed." "Historical Download Complete". Can you please help me load this chart and explain why the other charts are working fine but this one isn't? Many Thanks, Shayaan |
