Understood. Sierra Chart currently does not have the ability to handle switching between accounts. After reading this, we can see there is a substantial work to do this because we have to organize trade data into separate accounts. This is still going to be at least 2 months away. By restarting the program, you are actually not solving the problem, there is another reason why it seems as though it is working, but it's not handling it right. The only solution right now is to use 2 separate copies of Sierra Chart. Each one needs to have a different CTS T4 username assigned to each of your accounts.
