If corruption is so frequent than I would also suggest automatic online backups on SC server.
This is not frequent at all. This is a rare case and whatever the reason was in your case, we cannot say.

Sometimes but very rarely, there could potentially be a small issue with saving a Chartbook in a particular revision and that could cause a problem but this is an extremely rare problem and would be promptly corrected by us and there are always backup files. We see you are running version 1750 so there are no issues with saving Chartbooks in that version.
