Our plan was to only allow access to the CME real-time data feed when connected to a live Interactive Brokers account. You will still be able to access delayed data even when not connected. After reading this, what we will do is also support a paper trading account as well. You will still have to at least once during the same calendar month connect to your live account, otherwise you will not get the data feed. The fee waiver is always available and you will never be billed the exchange fees, however you will not be able to access the CME data from our servers and instead will get the Interactive Brokers data.
