Reloading the chart resets the internal state of that study so it would then be able to potentially trigger a buy or sell order again. However I can't see any reason why the formula could be possibly "previously true" and how to fix it. The state must be continuously true and you can tell just by looking at the Buy and Sell subgraphs and seeing the Point on High or Low markers.
