This is clearly a server issue and the shutdowns and restarts, are just simply coincidental as to apparently resolving the problem. A message like this is very clear: Symbol Error - FGBS-201312-Eurex is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. FIX message: Instrument not found after product download | 2013-10-16 07:56:15 The server is simply not recognizing the symbol. This is not an issue with joining data, or with Sierra Chart.
