The relevant documentation to refer to is the Spreadsheet Study:

The studies you will need to use with the Spreadsheet Study are as follows:
Volume Value Area Lines
High/Low for Time Period

For the greatest accuracy you will need to use an Intraday chart. Not a Historical Daily chart.

And the Volume by Price study Peak and Valley settings:

You cannot directly access the Peak and Valley data in spreadsheets. You will need to use ACSIL for this and do manual calculations yourself:
