Antonio, Here's an image of that Control Bar that I use on the main chart. I just created it as Control Bar 2 and I float it on my main chart. There's nothing really special about it but I've include my Sierra.cfg file below if you want to play with it since it contains all the control bar settings for both my upper and lower bars.
