You need to set the Value Format for the Numbers Bars Calculated Values to a precision of 0.01. This is due to the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition having an Inherited Value Format and the default for the Numbers Bars Calculated Values is 1. Therefore, the Alert Condition is not seeing the small drops in the POC due to rounding.
