Do you recomend check or not check?
Without being rude, might I suggest you --> #1 First, read the Excellent Documentation on this site completely, carefully and thoroughly. Then read it again. It took me weeks to work through it all carefully and I STILL find new functionality on a regular basis. It is without doubt some of the most detailed and complete documentation of its kind for a program like this I've seen. #2 Use your broker, Infinity Futures as a resource. They provide excellent customer service and can help you with these setup issues you're having. #3 Realize this is NOT Ninja Trader and there will be differences. In most ways it's far superior to NT but it IS different. #4 Post your questions as User Discussion I haven't come across any of your questions that couldn't be answered by one of us (the user base) and not bother the SC Engineering team to point you to something that a reading of the documentation and/or a quick Google or Forum search couldn't answer. If it's not technical in nature, ask the user base (after you've tried to do a search for it yourself). #5 When someone replies to your question with the answer, stop asking the same question and stop asking it in multiple threads, that's just bad form on any forum. #6 Watch the Infinity Futures videos on YouTube. They do a very nice job of walking you through most aspects of Sierra Chart and they have a comprehensive library of video tutorials. #7 Realize that the version of Sierra Chart you're using with Infinity has a modified Trading DOM and the functionality you have is not "exactly" the same as what is in the SC Documentation. Infinity should have more detailed information about this available to you. #8 Enjoy the experience of discovery of what SC can offer you. Don't expect it to be a clone of something else you're familiar with. If there are things that are missing that others would find valuable, the SC Team is usually open to listening to those suggestions. Before you can ask for those types of changes though, you really need to spend some time with the platform and discover what it can and can't do. Bombarding the Engineering team with 35 posts in a week about mostly trivial items is no way to get them on your side if you do have legitimate suggestions down the road. Take that for what it's worth. Unasked for advice, but maybe some of it you'll find helpful. Best of luck, Scott Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-04-23 01:14:10
