Based another user report similar to this, we now realize what the issue is. We responded to this here: DOM Graph missing when use data from parallel instance So we were mistaken about this being an operating system issue. In the past, that would always be the case. It definitively is nothing we can solve from our side due to the changes since that would require extensive work. And this remote chart data file functionality is out of date and no longer supported. We do not see how using the DTC server would be a solution unless you were to do some custom development related to that. The only practical solution would be to support IQ Feed as a sub service, and that is a significant task to accomplish and just not enough demand.
