Good morning - I currently have 2 accounts in T4 CTS and I would like to switch them back and forth but the only way I see to do this is to use Data / trade service settings. This is fine, however, when I tried to switch accounts it shows the account has been switched on the chart trader but none of the current trades or totals for the new account show up. Instead the totals and trades for the previous account remain. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting but that did not work. I have not tried placing a trade once the account is switched for fear of it still being tied to the other account. The only way to get it to work is to have two instances of Sierra with each one having the different account #'s. The trouble with this is T4 does not allow more than one connection to the account so I have to disconnect from one instance and connect to the other instance. If using a single instance I have to switch the accounts then close Sierra then re-open it. Obviously both of these are painful. My question is does Sierra support switching between accounts in a single instance for T4? I did not provide screenshots because acct#'s are involved. If you need them is it possible to share privately? Thanks! Robert |
