i found a workaround (sortof). After restarting thinkorswim and logging into to their desktop platform, and then after restarting SierraChart, the connection worked. I understand why restarting TOS might have been necessary (it leaks memory and crashes from time to time)...I'm not sure why i had to restart SC tho. |
