Support for chart data sharing through other instances through the Find Symbol window was dropped years ago. And we consistently decline any support if users have trouble using this functionality. The primary documentation for it was also removed.

Also there is no problem with this functionality at all within Sierra Chart. You are running into technical level issues with Windows.

We have nothing further to say and would rather lose your business rather than wasting time with this.
