Hello Traders, Well to took your advice and tried to open an IB account. I spent most of the day talking with them via the telephone and email. The final call was around 6:30PM and the call had a strange sound to me and I ask if this call was being recorded. The answer was YES, we record all telephone calls. I must say that I wasn't a very happy Camper and the rest is history. It appears that I have been BLACK-BALLED by IB. Within a few minutes of the end of the telephone call I received and email with the following contents. APPLICATION REJECTION NOTICE ---------------------------- We are sorry to inform you that your application to open the INDIVIDUAL account, Account ID: U2172558 cannot be accepted at this time.
