At this time the Sierra Chart policy regarding connection issues to BitMEX for trading is that we will no longer help with them simply because they are not within our control. We will instead offer you a refund or put your account on hold. We are working on developing an alternative connection method to BitMEX which will eliminate all connection issues. We expect this to be ready no later than the end of April 2018.
