Do you have personal experience with IB that you’re basing your opinion of being unprofessional on? I was with them for many years and never experienced anything “unprofessional”. Their customer support used to be lacking compared to brokers like TD Ameritrade but that’s improved over the past several years also. I understand that some people have had issues trading via SC with them at times but others have used SC with them for years very successfully. I’m not advocating for or against IB if you’ve had a bad experience with them. If you’re basing your opinion of them on hearsay though you may want to reevaluate you’re opinion. |
