We cannot say exactly what the reason for the problem is because the connection is being denied by BitMEX. What we recommend you do is wait a few hours, create a new API Key and secret through your BitMEX account, enter those into Sierra Chart and try again. We expect hopefully by no later than mid April, to use a different connectivity method which will completely eliminate this problem altogether.
