We are a bit confused by your question. When using the Numbers Bars study with Volume Profiles, the profiles are displayed relative to the highest volume within the bar. Are you then asking if you can change the relative length of the bars (like you can in the Volume by Profile) to some percentage of the total width of the space available within the Numbers Bar? For example, if you set it to 70%, the longest bar would only be 70% of the way across, and all the other bars would be relative to that 70%.
