Refer to help topic 30: Http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails30.html . It seems to go away after a restart of the program. To us this sounds like more of a system issue on your side. What it could be, we do not know. Perhaps some kind of security software causing a problem.
