It does not seem as though what CTS did is helping because the last message is this: CTS Trading AMP - DTC | CTS server logon result: Login failed: Authentication failure for Trader CT112806 | 2018-03-12 18:37:11 It does not indicate the account is locked either so there still is something going wrong. It looks like that lock condition automatically clears. CT112806 needs to be under the "AMP" firm. The CTS username and password need to be correct.
