There are no settings available to control how it selects the particular anchor point for adjustment. But this has not been modified at all, so it should continue to work the same. In addition, we have tested the Ray adjustment, and it is working as expected. The one thing that does affect how it selects the Anchor point is the setting Require Drag to Start Drawing Modification on the Tools >> Tool Settings page. If this has recently been turned on, then this would definitely impact how the selection of the Anchor point is done.
