You should see this very same message in Trade >> Trade Service Log every 10 minutes when connected. Can you confirm that. That is important that is working properly. That should give you a very good indication what the problem is. That is the whole reason why this data is passed through to the user. It surprises us why these questions come up and users are just not recognizing that unless it is just not working right. So let us know.
