Yes we can give you a refund. However, there is a simple solution to this. We will contact you on Monday and use remote assistance to solve this. We can copy the files over for you or we can just simply set up a shortcut on your desktop to the Sierra Chart copy at C:\SierraChart\SierraChartTransActMA\Data and set it to use OEC.
