I can see there are delayed CME data like NQ and YM futures (more then 10's seconds) from Sierra chart. These data feeds also very often blackout with message: Waiting to download historical data. It isn't possible to live trade with such an issue. In regards to this, there was a software update done on one of our servers early this morning. That would have caused users to switch to the other server which would have interrupted the feed for two seconds for you. Also the charts would download missing historical data which would take another few seconds. But during that downloading time you would still see the price box on the right side of the chart update.There have been no other interruptions the last few days.
