Hallo, I paid in Interactive Brokers data for CFE to have live VX futures data. But Sierra do not display the data in charts on live basis. I can see data to the time of starting Sierra or when I do "Disconnect" and then "Connect to data feed" I cannot play intraday charts with this. Can you help me, please? I tried to read support a tried some steps, but I do not know what to do...Thank you in advance.
