I am indeed using the Sierra Chart Trading Levels Study, & not my own coded study; the levels are entered throught the "Set Price Levels" link under the Custom Study DLL tab. I will share your reply w/ User #2 who has the problem. However, I cannot be responsible if he opens his own support ticket about the same issue. I understand your position. Unless I have the same problem w/ a new user that I add, I am considering the problem to be his, as I have looked into this as deeply as I can, even sharing his screen & walking him through the process in his Account Control Panel.
