What I meant when I said I was okay with market orders is that I was fine if the order triggered was a market order. In other words, I thought I'd still be able to designate a level on the ES chart using Chart Trader, and when it was hit the order sent would be a SPY market order. Which I'm still fine with. Seems like this wouldn't be too complicated to figure out since it's basically the same thing as hitting buy or sell at market on the DOM. Only that same order is instead triggered when a certain level on the ES is hit.
