Hi Sierra, That didn't work. So I went further, tried the full symbol reset and shut down sierra. Re-opened Sierra and opened brand new charts of KC with the idea of closing down my old KC charts. KC is one of my FAVOURITE markets. I appreciate your support is solving this. Now I did notice something that may hold the clue to this mystery - on the daily chart - see screen, the factor is off by 100.
