I switched data providers from Rithmic to CQG this week. Most of the futures contracts will load, but certain further out months will not. Crude Oil 2018 December futures will not load, Wheat March 2019, etc. They all worked with Rithmic. I contacted my data provider and checked on the CQG desktop app and they work on it. I have triple checked the symbol, updated and fully reset the global symbols, deleted and re-downloaded the data, and made sure the current version is installed. any help or ideas with this? |
