The Numbers Bars study does allow you to visualize the dominant side color as a percentage of the whole volume for the bar (among many other options). Set the Background Type to Background on Dominant Side, and set the Background Coloring Method to Based on Dominant AskVol BidVol to Volume at Price Percentage. There are many methods for coloring the Numbers Bars Backgrounds.
