OK first of all, understand that this is a Windows issue. You are running into problems and limitations with Windows and not Sierra Chart.

How many of the charts are detached? Reduce the number of detached charts if any.

Other than enabling this option:

General Settings Window: Destroy Chart Windows when Hidden (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Application GUI)

We do not see how we can help with this. It is not something that we would help with with remote assistance other than enabling that option and attaching the detached charts.
