The problem is we cannot see any missing data on the server. And without being able to interact with the chart with the Chart Values tool it is hard for us to precisely match up the times from the timescale at the bottom to the chart bars, and we have no idea about the time zone either. So this is why the question was asked. We made an assumption about the time zone and did get an approximation of the timing , but still we could not see any missing data.
